What is the course format?

• Our courses consist of a textbook, a pre-test and final test, a 1-page answer sheet and a Certificate of Completion.

Do I need to mail my order to you?

• Only if you are paying by check or money order. Credit Card orders can be placed by phone, fax, or internet.

How long does it take to receive my course(s)?

• Once an order is received, it takes 2 - 3 days for delivery. All courses are sent by USPS Priority Mail. Next day delivery is available for an additional charge.

How long does it take to receive my Certificate of Completion?

• Your answer sheet is graded the same day it is received. Certificates of completion are faxed the same day. Certificates may be mailed by special request.

Do I need to take an exam after reading a course?

• Yes. Each course has a 20-question test consisting of multiple choice and true/false questions.

What is a passing grade for an exam?

• You must pass the test with a score of 70% or better. For Example: you must get 14 of the 20 questions correct. Students that do not receive a passing score will be eligible for re-testing.

When I return my tests for grading do I also return the course book and outline material?

• No. You may keep the book and course material as reference material. ONLY fax the one-page answer sheet to us.

What kind of certification do I receive?

• You will receive a signed Certificate of Completion listing your name, license number, NAB approval number, number of CEU-hours completed and the course title.

Once I complete an exam, can the answer sheets be faxed to you?

• Yes. Please ONLY fax the one-page answer sheet. Keep the other course material for future reference.

What forms of payment do you accept?

• We accept Visa and MasterCard on phone orders only, however when ordering online PayPal accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. We also accept checks and money orders.

How do I know if your courses are accepted in my state?

• You may call our customer service line toll-free at (866) 324-CEUS (2387) or contact your State licensing authority and ask about their requirements regarding continuing education home study courses.

Some of my personal information on the course material I received is incorrect. How do I correct it?

• Please update any incorrect personal information on the one-page answer sheet to be faxed to our office. The new information will be updated when the Certificate of Completion is generated.
